After being picked up at your accommodation we head east with our first stop in Healesville. If you’re a gin fan then Four Pillars is a must stop. Recently voted the world’s best gin maker, have a tasting in their classy surrounds.
Approx. 1pm
Two hours later we arrive in Mansfield for lunch. Taking advantage of the stunning views over Mt Buller and the Alpine Range, Delatite Winery has been a local icon since it first planted vines in 1968. Their philosophy follows biodynamic principles as they believe in growing grapes and making wine in as natural a way as possible with minimal intervention/additions. Sitting down to a wine tasting and a two course lunch with the stunning views as a backdrop is unforgettable. At Delatite they prioritise locally sourced food with a focus on share plates. This comes from their commitment to sustainability and love of having people over and cooking.

Crisp winter days are upon us, which means only one thing – beautiful, still days over Mansfield, perfect flying conditions all day, and only available from May – September.
