COOMBS HILL BARN
A genuine 160-year-old American Barn imported from Indiana, USA in 2018, then lovingly restored and rebuilt in the shadow of Mt Buller overlooking the pristine Delatite Valley. This place is divine. Huge open living spaces decorated with comfortable furnishings and little nooks great for curling up with a book in front of the fire. Perfect for families and groups, you’ll feel cosy, warm and very at home here.

Situated on a 100-acre property with sweeping views over the Delatite River Valley, here you can enjoy a long sleep‑in without a sound or take an early‑morning stroll with the kangaroos and birds! Relax in perfectly curated sunroom spaces and have a Mediterranean‑style grazing breakfast delivered on one of Ainsley’s bespoke pottery platters (make sure you check out her beautiful on-site studio. Her work is amazing). They’ll even whip you up a DIY BBQ pack to cook on your Weber! This is a stunning stay, perfect for two.
BullerRoo Luxury Chalet
Find this luxurious property on a hilltop just 15 minutes from Mansfield and close to the base of Mt Buller for alpine excitement.
Featuring breathtaking views across the Barwite Valley down to the Broken River, you’ll gaze out over rolling farmland filled with wildlife, flocks of birds, pink sunsets and starry nights. The pet alpacas and miniature pygmy goats are a cute bonus!
Inspired by a luxury ski chalet, BullerRoo offers a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, open plan dining and lounge area with an oversized fireplace. The rooftop terrace opens up to the outdoor dining space making full use of the solitude and 180 views.
HUME HOUSE
A tranquil space with a wonderful outside deck that looks across the yard (big enough for a game of cricket), backing straight onto the bubbling Delatite River. Hume House features a delicate modern interior with bathtubs and a fully equipped kitchen – cook up a storm, or visit BOMA just down the road for a sumptuous feast and cocktails. Positioning is perfect, it’s literally at the base of the mountain, so you’ll have every activity at your fingertips here.
OVERFLOW COTTAGES
Located just on the fringe of Mansfield, Paul and Dianne have created the perfect Australiana vibe here, with huge lawns and gardens, outdoor shared BBQ facilities and even the classic backyard tennis court. There are four self-contained cottages so if you’re hitting the slopes with a collection of families, this one would be great fun for a week-long stay. Visit the snow some days, go for a game of mini-golf and hot donuts on Mansfield’s main street on others, and, of course, book an afternoon balloon flight with us to complete the ultimate trip. Right in the heart of Mansfield, this is the meeting place for our morning Mansfield flights!
