The people, guests and staff alike.
Do you have an exciting story to share about a customer who stayed with you?
The first thing that comes to mind is the most romantic wedding proposal. The guy booked one of our Yarra Suites and arranged for a company to come and fill the bedroom and lounge with helium balloons, each with a ribbon hanging down. At the end of one of the ribbons was a box. Presumably with a ring in it, but NO it had a pin in it and when he and his girlfriend arrived and went to the room, she had to pop all the balloons before she found the ring. So romantic, and original.
Why would you recommend customers to stay at Chateau Yering?
Chateau Yering Hotel is in the heart of the beautiful Yarra Valley, it offer stunning accommodation and award winning restaurant. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Not like modern hotel.
What are the top 3 recommendations outside your property which you would advise your customers to see/do whilst in the Yarra Valley?
Obviously Hot Air Ballooning early in the morning, Healesville Sanctuary and some of the amazing wineries, they are all different, large and small.
