Chocolate is much like wine; there is a long-winded process to producing it which most of us probably do not appreciate when eating chocolate but rather just enjoy the taste. The exchange of different tastes and textures on your tongue is varied with unique undertones and smells depending on the chocolate brand, making you appreciate the quality.
Scientists have confirmed that dark chocolate is beneficial for our health so why not take advantage and enjoy a perfect sunrise flight over Melbourne, champagne buffet breakfast and to finish, a chocolate walking tour throughout the most ‘livable city in the world’.
